Ingredients
150g chocolate
20g dairy butter
2 eggs
20g sugar (or 1T. sugar + 1T. Stevia)
75g whipped cream
Chocolate mousse
- Let the butter and chocolate melt.
- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Lightly whip the cream.
- Mix everything carefully.
- Divide into glasses.
- Let it cool at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Decorate as desired.
